Rezumat / Summary: After three quarters of century from the dramatic death of Nicolae Iorga – an important historicist, man of culture and politician, significant data referring to him can still be brought forward. The “Mihai Eminescu” Central University Library of Iași has various pieces of unpublished correspondence belonging to Nicolae Iorga, a photography and several volumes with his autograph. The letters were sent by the great historicist to Paul Gore, Traian Bratu and N.A. Bogdan. The volumes we refer to were at a certain point in Nicolae Iorga’s possession, him being either the one offering them to various friends (Petre Fîntînaru and D.I. Mitru), or the one receiving them (from Queen Mary of Romania).
